Excellent customer service attitude JOIN A RECOGNIZED LOGISTICS SECTOR COMPANY! · We are currently seeking an URBAN ROUTE ASSISTANT to strengthen our distribution and door-to-door delivery operations in the city. · We seek dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented individuals, willing to perform operational tasks and comply with urban routes. · Requirements Academic qualification: High school diploma Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, distribution, goods delivery, or related positions Knowledge of addresses and urban nomenclature Excellent customer service attitude Responsible handling of cash and collections Commitment, responsibility, and focus on compliance · Main responsibilities: Perform urban door-to-door deliveries Support distribution and delivery of parcels Handle cash and collections when required by operations Ensure proper delivery and compliance with assigned route Provide excellent customer service Report operational logistics incidents · Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sunday availability as required by operations. Schedule subject to assigned route and daily operational compliance.
