Job Summary: We are seeking general services assistants to maintain clean, safe, and healthy hospital environments by performing cleaning and disinfection tasks according to schedule. Rotating shifts for flexibility We are currently looking for general services assistants to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks in assigned areas according to the schedule established by your immediate supervisor. Prior experience in this field is essential, along with communication skills, teamwork abilities, and availability to work rotating shifts. Your primary mission will be to keep hospital spaces clean and orderly to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities: Prepare required cleaning supplies for your activities, adhering to product protocols and dosage guidelines. Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks applying the position’s service protocol in both exterior and interior facilities. Carry out operational support tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor. Meet quality parameters and assigned routines for each task. Apply corporate safety and quality measures in your work. Submit requested records to your immediate supervisor in a timely manner. Label waste bags with their respective labels and deposit them at the designated location. Requirements: - Prior experience in general services (interior and exterior). - Secondary education. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and solve problems efficiently. - Teamwork and customer orientation skills. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
