Network Commercial Developer Position Purpose Drive sales and brand growth within the distribution network (Dealers) by leading Sell-Out and Sell-In strategies, managing the customer portfolio, developing commercial plans, generating in-store traffic, and enhancing the capabilities of the commercial team through continuous training and support. Main Responsibilities Execute commercial strategies to increase vehicle Sell-Out. Coordinate Sell-In activities and network supply. Analyze sales performance and propose improvement actions. Manage and retain the customer portfolio (Dealers). Train and coach the sales force. Supervise sales routes and in-store execution. Organize promotional events and activities. Requirements Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle sector. Basic Office software proficiency. Willingness to travel. Motorcycle and motor tricycle driver’s license. Working Conditions Salary: $2.942.800 Commission: $1.200.000 guaranteed for the first month.
