A metalworking company specializing in the manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories is looking for an Electrostatic Painting Operator responsible for carrying out the paint application process, guaranteeing high-quality finishes and adherence to established standards. Requirements: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in industrial or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in electrostatic painting within production environments. Knowledge of surface preparation, electrostatic paint application, and equipment operation (e.g., spray gun). Knowledge of finish quality control. Ability to work in an organized, results-oriented manner. Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities: Apply electrostatic paint according to product technical specifications. Prepare surfaces (cleaning, degreasing, and conditioning) to ensure proper adhesion. Configure and operate electrostatic painting equipment. Inspect final finish quality, identify defects, and make adjustments as needed. Monitor paint consumption and optimize material usage. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment and paint booth. Meet production schedules and established deadlines. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., or as required by operational needs. Salary: $1,919,095 + statutory benefits + transportation allowance.
