The EM must possess solid technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a mindset focused on growth and continuous improvement. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **People Management:** Ensure the team's work is delivered quickly and with high quality, meeting established guidelines and KPIs, promoting active participation and adherence to the tech team’s and Global66's values. * Provide feedback to developers and TLs with the goal of improving the technical quality of deliverables. * **Technical Management:** Ensure your developers build software rapidly and efficiently using Global66's frameworks and technologies, guaranteeing code quality through reviews and implementation of best practices. * Lead technical decisions regarding design, technologies, APIs, partners, and data models. * Collaborate with POs and other stakeholders to define project requirements, planning and coordinating team efforts, while being able to identify associated risks. * Mentor and develop the technical and professional skills of team members, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment, facilitating communication and conflict resolution. ### **What we're looking for?** * Completed university studies in software development or related fields. * 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Strong knowledge to decide, design, and implement DevOps pipelines and repositories. * Advanced knowledge using the framework, Java Vue, as well as experience with Javascript, CSS, HTML, Nativescript, Firebase. ### **Benefits** We are a high-performance team, which means being here is being among the best.
