Document Management Engineer for Construction Sites A company in the construction sector is seeking a Document Management Engineer for Construction Sites, responsible for ensuring the proper organization, review, control, and validation of the project’s technical and administrative documentation. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in document management for construction or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of:Current regulations for hospital construction and industrial safety. Document management systems and office software. Information archiving, custody, and control processes. Position Conditions Workplace: Technical office at the construction site, located in Usme. Schedule: Full-time. Salary: $5,500,000 + statutory benefits. Main Responsibilities Review and validate technical and administrative documentation generated on-site (drawings, minutes, reports, permits, certifications, manuals, technical specifications). Verify that document folders comply with applicable quality standards and regulations. Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of missing documents. Prepare reports on findings, inconsistencies, and recommendations. Maintain the project’s digital archive up to date. Support internal and external audits related to project documentation.
