Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and monitoring inventories, managing movements, ensuring visibility, analyzing operations, and leading a team to guarantee accuracy and continuous improvement of processes at the Distribution Center. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the administrative and operational inventory team. 2. Continuously analyze and improve inventory processes. 3. Promote action plans for shrinkage. **Job Description** ---------------------- Control and monitor inventories by analyzing their behavior to ensure accurate information and continuously improve processes. Manage, coordinate, and promote inventory movements across Distribution Center locations. Ensure and provide visibility into issues affecting inventory control processes at the Distribution Center. Permanently analyze all operations affecting store inventories: F2, F3, F4, F5, F11, F12, Sales, and Credit Notes — ensuring they are properly legalized. Permanently analyze shrinkage identified through inventory results and promote, with responsible parties (Supervisors and Managers), the implementation of action plans. Lead the administrative and operational staff comprising the inventory team within Process Control. Prepare general inventory counts across Distribution Center locations. Prepare periodic technical reports with analysis results and performance trends of Distribution Center locations. Raise awareness and train assigned personnel on inventory-related topics and activities. Monitor and control compliance with tasks assigned to supervised personnel.
