Your overall task is to ensure that our customers derive maximum value from our products and services in digital forensics. As a bonus you will contribute to create a safer world. **Your mission** As our Customer Success Manager USA you will support customer satisfaction, retention and growth across the United States within the state and local government segment. You will do this by focusing on making our customers successful through proactive engagement, renewal management, creating smooth customer\-onboarding and by collaborating close with our Area Sales Managers. The role includes for example: * \- Collaboration with Sales Managers and Clients * \- Creating smooth onboarding processes * \- Translating technology topics * \- CRM updates and data related tasks * \- Documentation and follow up Preferred location for this position is the western region in USA or adjacent locations. You will be a key factor for our growth plans in the region, and we look forward to hearing your story on how you create customer satisfaction, smooth onboarding process, your strong relationship building skills and ability to learn technical concepts. If you have technical experience and expertise from mobile phones, it is a great plus. We believe you have three years of experience from customer\-oriented positions, are used at working independently having a proactive approach and feel comfortable reaching out to customers by phone when needed. Being strong in building relations and communication skills with ability to translate technical topics into business value for our customers is a greatly desired trait in this job. This position requires a strong technical interest, a proactive approach and that you enjoy collaboration with colleagues and clients taking advantage from your ability to influence on several levels.
