Job Summary: We are seeking food handlers/production operators with experience in the meat industry for processing, packaging, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in packaging and grinding of meat products A prominent company in the meat industry is seeking food handlers and/or production operators with over 1 year of experience in the field to perform the following duties: - Perform meat cutting, deboning, and processing according to established procedures. - Operate production machinery (if required), ensuring basic maintenance and safe usage. - Ensure proper classification and labeling of meat products. - Verify the quality of meat products, ensuring compliance with company standards. - Conduct tests and inspections to ensure freshness and adherence to sanitary regulations. - Package meat products for subsequent distribution, ensuring appropriate packaging that complies with regulatory requirements. - Organize and store products in refrigerated chambers according to established procedures. - Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to meet daily production targets. With experience in packaging and grinding Salary: COP 1,750,905 + COP 249,095 transportation allowance + statutory benefits + overtime pay. Schedule: Rotating shifts. Location: Soto Province 1.
