Position Purpose Execute the media channel classification process ensuring it aligns with internal characteristics, channel sequence, and the proper generation of operational reports, weekly and monthly reports. **Responsibilities and attributions** Main Functions **1\. Equipment preparation and verification** o Ensure the barcode reader, illustrative images, and barcodes are operational before each shift. **2\. Classification** o Classify each half-channel strictly following the animal entry sequence. o Verify that the slaughter number matches the animal identification. o Ensure all company-determined characteristics are classified correctly. **3\. Failure control and communication** o Promptly detect operational failures during classification. o Immediately report such failures to the Supervisor. o Take photographs of failures on the rear and chest areas for recordkeeping. **4\. Daily operational closure** o Download the classification report at the end of the slaughtering process. o Edit or adjust the report as required by the department. o Send email including: o Photos of operational failures o Report in Excel format o Percentage of operational failures Table of medium and severe bruises Total E92 and Grill animals classified **5\. Weekly and monthly reports** o Review the Power BI dashboard weekly. o Prepare and send weekly report on out-of-range indicators. o Prepare consolidated monthly report on indicators. **Requirements and qualifications** Job Requirements Technical or technological education in Agricultural or Livestock Production. Previous experience in slaughterhouses, quality or operational processes, meat industry (minimum 6 months). (desirable) Basic knowledge of Excel. Basic familiarity with Power BI. Technical knowledge in identifying characteristics such as conformation, finish, dentition, among others in carcasses.
