This position is intended for Civil Engineers, Architects, or professionals in related fields who wish to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment. ### **Job Description** The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project modeling, planimetry, and generating technical documentation. We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong proficiency in technological tools and the ability to work effectively in a team. ### **Responsibilities** * **BIM Modeling:** Develop and manage BIM models using software such as Revit and Civil 3D, ensuring compliance with established protocols, manuals, and procedures of the company and the project. * **CAD Drawing:** Produce technical drawings in AutoCAD across various disciplines, adhering to Grupo Ortiz's defined quality standards. * **Coordination:** Collaborate with other departments and professionals to ensure proper integration of models and technical documents into the project workflow. * **Planimetry Review:** Evaluate and verify project planimetry, ensuring compliance with current technical specifications and regulations. * **Technical Documentation:** Generate and manage necessary technical documentation, including descriptive reports, blueprints, and other relevant documents for project execution. * **Use of BIM360:** Utilize the BIM360 platform for collaborative project management, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to all team members. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in construction projects. * Advanced knowledge of modeling software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD. * Experience using project management tools, especially BIM360\. * Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different disciplines. * Attention to detail and analytical skills to solve problems related to modeling and technical documentation. ### **What We Offer** * Opportunities for professional development within a renowned company in the construction sector. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment, with the chance to work on innovative and large-scale projects. * Continuous training in new technologies and work methodologies related to BIM.
