The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling and developing the cost center system and control units at defined levels and sublevels, producing inputs and analyses that allow determining profitability by product and activity. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * **Cost Control:** Implement and maintain the cost center system, ensuring established parameters are met for proper financial control. * **Project Budgets:** Develop and supervise project budgets, ensuring all variables are considered to meet the financial objectives of the projects. * **Project Scheduling:** Efficiently develop project scheduling, optimizing resources and ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * **Accounting and Financial Statements:** Apply basic knowledge of accounting and interpretation of financial statements, contributing to the financial diagnosis of the projects being worked on. * **Microsoft Office Tools Proficiency:** Use Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, presentation, and preparation of management reports. **Requirements** -------------- * **Education:** Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Works, Canals and Ports Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions, with at least 3 years of specific experience in cost management within infrastructure companies (roads, water supply, sewage), project control, budget development, or financial management. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
