### **Your responsibilities and tasks**
* Accurately, timely, reliably, and compliantly record accounting entries (invoices) in accordance with accounting, tax, and company standards.
* Analyze financial and accounting information; conduct analyses for monthly and annual revenue closings.
* Perform revenue analysis based on billing activities and provide support to internal and external customers regarding reported issues.
* Prepare reconciliations for revenue accounts and credit notes generated during the month.
* Provide daily support in recording and uploading invoices jointly with the credit team, facilitating subsequent collection by the receivables department.
* Attend to and support internal and external audit visits.
* Ensure adherence to various company policies and procedures.
* Support preparation of various corporate reports.
* Knowledge of Mexican and International Financial Reporting Standards
### **Your profile and qualifications**
Professional or final-semester student in administrative or accounting fields
* Minimum 1 year of experience in billing management and analysis, preferably within multinational companies.
* Knowledge of accounting recording and interpretation.
* Strong practical knowledge of ERP/Accounting applications (SAP preferred).
* Experience managing and interacting with electronic invoicing and customer portals.
* Ability to prepare comprehensive, clear, concise, and action-oriented reports.
