At HÁBLAME, we are looking for a **Technical Specialist in API Support and Services**, combining technical skills with strong customer orientation. You will be responsible for assisting our customers with the integration of our services, providing specialized support, and ensuring a clear, agile, and high-quality experience. Position Purpose Provide technical assistance to customers during the implementation and use of our technological services, managing incidents, facilitating integration processes, and ensuring the proper functioning of our APIs. Main Role Challenges * Advise customers on the implementation and integration of our technological services. * Gather and validate technical requirements to ensure viable solutions. * Manage activation, configuration, and validation of contracted services. * Address, document, and resolve API-related incidents. * Support technical testing, ensuring compatibility and correct functionality. * Provide support through various channels (email, chat, phone calls, and video calls). * Manage and track tickets according to established procedures. * Identify unusual behavior and support risk or fraud mitigation. * Ensure proper registration of technical and contractual documentation in internal systems. * Generate reports and provide recommendations for continuous service improvement. * Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, sales, and support teams. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Required Profile * Technical or technological education, or currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of **REST APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms** (API Keys, tokens). * Proficiency with testing tools such as Postman and basic log reading skills. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate solutions clearly. * Experience in technical support or customer service (desirable). * Teamwork, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and databases (basic level) is desirable.
