Compliance with good manufacturing practices We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant with hot kitchen experience for a restaurant located in the Hayuelos area of Bogotá; this is a part-time position (39 hours per week), Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off, on a fixed shift from approximately 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; the candidate will be responsible for preparing hot kitchen dishes, managing cooking surfaces, monitoring cooking times and temperatures, and providing general support to kitchen operations while complying with good manufacturing practices; we offer an employment contract with all statutory benefits and **monthly earnings of up to approximately $1\.900\.000**, including base salary, transportation allowance, and overtime premiums (night and holiday shifts) as stipulated by law.
