




Position Summary: Support the administrative management of the procurement and contracting department, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations, using the SINCO system. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative procurement and contracting management experience 2. ERP or enterprise management software proficiency (SINCO preferred) 3. Knowledge of SAGRILAFT and contracting processes Technologist degree in Administration or Civil Engineering, or related programs; minimum 1 year of experience; complementary training in SINCO (preferred) Complementary training: ERP or enterprise management software proficiency (SINCO ERP preferred), SAGRILAFT / SARLAFT, office tools (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel) Responsibilities: Support administrative processes within the procurement and contracting department by timely and efficient management of purchase orders, work orders, contracts, and supplier administration in the SINCO information system, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current regulations on risk management and contracting. * Drafting and preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and work orders * Supplier registration and management in the system * Implementation of SAGRILAFT (Self-Regulation and Risk Management System) * Analysis of price comparisons and quotations * Knowledge of public and/or private contracting processes * Excel proficiency (tables, filters, comparisons) Workplace: On-site employment
