Act as the first point of contact for HR\-related inquiries and processes.**Key Responsibilities*** Maintain HR data in our system and ensure compliance with SOPs and SLAs. * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, background checks, and file maintenance. * Assist with employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, and reporting. * Deliver portions of new employee orientation under guidance. * Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, and case management system; escalate issues as needed. * Participate in audits, process improvements, and team projects. * Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business to ensure smooth HR processes. **Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers * Advanced English level * Around 1 year of experience in HR processes, preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Detail\-oriented with accurate data entry * Availability to work from the office 3 to 4x/week.
