High-innovation environment with continuous learning We are looking for a **Senior Agentic AI Developer** to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of agentic conversational experiences powered by Large Language Models. You will serve as the team’s technical reference, make key decisions, collaborate across multiple functions, and mentor junior developers in a high-innovation environment. * Design and implement agentic workflows using LangGraph, applying state patterns, flow control, routing, and fallbacks in complex multi\-step processes. * Develop structured and versionable prompt templates with controlled variables and defined output formats, ensuring consistency and alignment with privacy best practices. * Architect multi\-repo solutions with clear separation between declarative configuration and runtime logic, featuring well-defined contracts and schemas between components. * Integrate agentic systems via APIs and MCP, ensuring interoperability and adherence to A2A standards. * Evaluate model output quality and accuracy, verifying consistency against defined tools and schemas. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to embed agentic solutions into existing systems and pipelines. * Stay current on advances in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and prompt engineering. * Mentor junior profiles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical development.
