Manage resources and personnel We are looking for a Food Service Cafeteria Administrator with at least 2 years of experience in high-volume production operations, to comprehensively lead food service delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, compliance with standards, and appropriate resource management. Main Responsibilities Administer and coordinate the daily operation of the food service cafeteria. Supervise the production and service of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners, and special services. Lead, organize, and supervise assigned personnel. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and food handling standards. Control inventories, raw materials, portion sizes, waste, and costs. Verify service quality, presentation, and timeliness. Address and manage incidents, complaints, and customer requests. Monitor operational reports and performance indicators. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment, utensils, and facilities. Required Profile Technical, technological, or university degree in administrative, food, gastronomy, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in cafeterias, restaurants, or food service operations. Experience in high-volume production operations and personnel management. Knowledge of GMP, inventory control, and cost management. Leadership-oriented, organized, responsible, proactive, and service-focused individual. Working Conditions Salary: $2.200.000 monthly Non-salary allowance: $300.000 monthly Benefits: All statutory social benefits. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with availability to work on Sundays and holidays as required by operational needs, according to scheduling and service requirements.
