Excellent work environment and continuous improvement **Shift Leader** We are currently looking for a **Shift Leader** for our industrial operation, who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and uninterrupted execution of production processes during their assigned shift, guaranteeing compliance with manufacturing schedules, as well as organizational quality, productivity, and safety standards. **Job Mission** Ensure proper execution of production activities during the assigned shift by leading work teams and supervising PVC pipe extrusion processes to meet the company’s operational, quality, and safety objectives. **Academic Qualifications** * Technician or Technologist degree in Industrial Processes, Industrial Production, Industrial Mechanics, Plastics, Manufacturing, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience leading or supervising operational staff. * Essential knowledge of **PVC extrusion processes**. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise operational staff during the shift. * Ensure compliance with the daily production schedule. * Verify correct startup, operation, and shutdown of extrusion lines. * Monitor productivity and efficiency indicators. * Control efficient use of raw materials, components, and supplies. * Manage personnel incidents, absences, and replacements. * Coordinate corrective actions for process deviations. * Prepare production reports and shift incident reports. * Coordinate activities with Maintenance, Quality, and Production departments. * Participate in continuous improvement and operational management initiatives. **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Excellent work environment. * Participation in continuous improvement projects. * Direct employment contract with the company.
