**Role Purpose**
The Technical Assistant supports authorized dealer and service networks by providing expert diagnostic assistance, resolving complex vehicle issues, and ensuring repairs are completed in line with OEM standards. This field\-based role plays a key part in improving repair quality, reducing downtime, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Key Accountabilities**
* Support dealers with complex vehicle diagnostics and repair activities.
* Conduct vehicle inspections, assessments, and troubleshooting.
* Recommend and validate effective repair solutions.
* Identify and escalate critical technical or safety\-related issues.
* Provide on\-site technical assistance across assigned locations.
* Support technicians in improving diagnostic accuracy and repair efficiency.
* Collaborate with service teams to resolve escalated cases.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records of technical activities and findings.
* Prepare reports on recurring issues and field observations.
* Escalate unresolved cases following established procedures.
* Support continuous improvement through technical feedback and analysis.
* Assist with the execution of technical service campaigns.
* Ensure procedures are completed according to OEM requirements.
* Monitor quality and compliance during field activities.
* Report campaign risks, deviations, and technical concerns.
* Follow all safety, quality, and technical standards.
* Ensure proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and PPE.
Promote safe working practices and report safety risks promptly.

**Candidate Profile**
*Experience \& Capability*
* Technical diploma or degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Previous experience in automotive diagnostics, maintenance, or repair.
* Experience supporting dealerships, service networks, OEMs, or workshops.
Exposure to field service activities or technical campaigns is a plus.

* Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
* Experience with vehicle diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
* Understanding of CAN networks, sensors, control units, and wiring diagrams.
* Ability to interpret technical documentation and OEM procedures.
Intermediate English for technical documentation and communication.
