Ensure accurate execution of orders delivered by the Operations Department. a. Ensure timely and accurate completion of the management dashboard. b. Complete the temperature log form accurately and on time with real data. c. Ensure visible display of the Gold Sample. d. Maintain updated, visible, and well-kept specifications at the workstation. 2\. Comply with BPM and HACCP quality standards. a. Proper use of work uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, face masks, and hairnets. b. Perform handwashing upon hearing the bell in the production plant. c. Protect products used in production from prolonged exposure to the environment. d. Execute product rotation and labeling. e. Organize cold rooms when assigned this task. 3\.
