PROCUREMENT AND IMPORT COORDINATOR **Location:** Madrid, Cundinamarca **Salary:** $2\.700\.000 to $3\.300\.000 monthly (based on experience and competencies) **Work Modality:** On-site Purpose of the Position Plan, direct, and control the company’s procurement and foreign trade operations, ensuring efficient management of national and international suppliers, compliance with current regulations, and cost optimization—contributing to business growth and sustainability. **Requirements:** Academic Qualifications * Degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum three (3\) years of experience in coordination or leadership roles in procurement and foreign trade. * Proven experience in importing machinery, parts, and spare components. * Experience leading work teams. **Essential Knowledge:** * Incoterms and international negotiation. * Customs legislation and procedures. * Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and tariff benefits. * Importation of machinery, equipment, and spare parts. * RETIE regulations applicable to the importation of electrical equipment. * Importation and documentary handling of controlled substances. * Registration and documentation before competent national authorities for import processes. * International logistics and cargo transportation. * Quality management systems (ISO 9001\). * SAGRILAFT and PTEE. * Management of national and international suppliers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and control national and international procurement activities. * Manage import and export processes for goods, machinery, spare parts, and raw materials. * Negotiate commercial terms with national and international suppliers. * Ensure compliance with applicable customs and regulatory requirements. * Evaluate, select, and develop strategic suppliers. * Coordinate timely material supply to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise preparation, tracking, and closure of purchase orders. * Control procurement, import, and logistics budgets. * Prepare management reports, KPIs, and cost variance analyses. * Lead the procurement and foreign trade team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. * Manage documentation required for import processes and tariff exemptions where applicable. **Work Location:** Madrid, Cundinamarca – On-site modality. **Apply now and join a team that drives organizational growth through strategic procurement and import management!** Work Location: On-site employment
