Below you will find the job description:\n\n \n\nAchieve the sales targets assigned by your direct supervisor and the area’s commercial strategy.\n\n* Identify commercial opportunities in the market to offer products from the sector’s portfolio and all of the company’s businesses.\n\n* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that generate the highest revenue for the company.\n\n* Address and resolve complaints from key clients.\n\n* Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.\n\n* Supervise account teams assigned to each key client.\n\n* Communicate and collaborate with all departments to ensure key clients’ needs are met.\n\n* Compile reports on account progress, objectives, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.\n\n* Develop a deep understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.\n\n* Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines to achieve each client’s short- and long-term objectives.\n\n* Manage contract acquisition and execution, including services from various SGS sectors, as well as service follow-up and 'back\\-office' activities.\n* Serve as a liaison between SGS sectors and personnel involved in contract execution and communication management.\n* Manage certain commercial aspects of the contract, including maintaining profitability and developing business opportunities.\n* Carry out specific contract-related activities, including designing and developing contract documentation, organizing requested training, project evaluation, and preparing reports (internal and external).\n* Deepen key client accounts across all company services.\n* Submit commercial proposals to clients via email and/or personalized delivery, and follow up to close the sale.\n* Manage the sales process in an organized manner, keeping customer information updated in the CRM regarding the status of each opportunity.\n\n* Meet the established number of visits and various commercial operational indicators to comply with internal policies.\n\n* Follow up on commercial proposals to maximize sales success.\n\n* Prepare commercial proposals according to established procedures for the portfolios of different sectors, as well as specific proposals for clients with new needs that SGS has the capacity and competence to serve.\n\n* Submit periodic reports required by the direct supervisor and the Product Manager accurately and on time.\n\n* Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, action plans, etc., established in the management system and product accreditations.\n\n* Plan and participate in sectoral or authorized client events.\n\n* Ensure collection of the commercial portfolio.\n\n **Requirements** \n\nAcademic background: University graduate in disciplines related to the sector (infrastructure, hydrocarbons, water, and energy) in which the role will be performed. Ideally, with specialization in the sector.\n\n\nExperience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager, Project Manager, Commercial Manager, managing interdisciplinary teams, and direct client relationship management.\n\n\nTechnical knowledge: Commercial topics (proficiency in one or more of the following CRM systems: Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics, others).\n\n\nNote 1: Regarding
