Job Summary: Provide analytical support to Novartis internal customers to facilitate data-driven decision making through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and support the establishment of GBS~GCO business practices. Be a member of the integrated design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials ### **Summary** \~Provide analytical support for various medium- to low-complexity analytical reports to Novartis internal customers (CPO and regional marketing and sales teams). \~Support and promote data-driven decision making among Novartis internal customers by delivering and communicating qualitative and quantitative analyses \~Support GBS\~GCO business establishment practices by participating in various initiatives such as knowledge sharing, onboarding and training support, supporting team leadership in all business-related tasks/activities, developing process documentation, and building knowledge repositories. \~Become an indispensable part of the integrated design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Create and deliver deliverables below customer-agreed SLAs according to agreed SLAs. \~ Deliver services using structured project management methodologies, with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the service delivery lifecycle. \~ Quality assurance; ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
