Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. (Degree holder) Specialization or postgraduate studies in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Information Security, Project Management, or related areas. (Desirable) Desirable certifications: ISO 22301, ISO 31000 (desirable), or ISO 27001. Desirable knowledge of project management tools and indicator dashboards (Planner, Project, Power BI, or others). General Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in roles related to Business Continuity Analyst and/or Operational Risk Analyst. Position Objective: Identification and management of disruption risks, business impact analysis, and definition of strategies, plans, and tests to ensure continuity of critical processes and minimize the impact of events that may affect company operations and strategic objectives. Main Functions: Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System. Coordinate and execute Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and identification of continuity risks. Design, update, and control continuity and recovery strategies, plans, and procedures. Verify execution of tests, exercises, and simulations of the BCMS. Ensure the continuous improvement model of the BCMS.
