Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to comprehensively manage the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation, validation, and reporting of information in compliance with applicable regulations. Social security calculation and payment We are looking for a Payroll Analyst with experience in comprehensive payroll process management, ensuring accurate calculation, validation, and reporting of information while complying with current regulations and established deadlines. Key Responsibilities Administer and update payroll databases in systems such as Softland. Generate payroll updates: overtime hours, surcharges, commissions, bonuses, severance pay, bonuses, vacations, and deductions. Validate and approve biweekly and monthly payroll. Execute social security calculation and payment. Perform accounting closing processes (provisions, interfaces, and reports). Manage payroll payments with banking institutions. Administer social security platforms (EPS, ARL, Pension Fund, DIAN). Reconcile payroll accounts and liabilities with accounting. Generate reports, employment certifications, and payment receipts. Manage medical leaves and associated collections. Requirements Education: University degree or technical diploma in administrative, accounting, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years managing full payroll processes. Knowledge of: End-to-end payroll cycle; social security; accounting and provisioning processes. SAP proficiency (desirable).
