This role is responsible for ensuring proper product application, delivering specialized technical support, and supporting the commercial cycle from quotation through delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Address technical inquiries and recommend solutions based on application requirements. * Manage quotations, lead times, and associated documentation. * Deliver technical presentations and participate in customer visits. * Verify inventory levels, register items, and support logistics and finance processes. * Coordinate with internal departments, manufacturing facilities, and distribution channels. * Support internal processes with departments such as logistics, finance, order management, and manufacturing. * Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation related to role activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in technical or application-oriented roles. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Preferred: Knowledge of compressed air/vacuum systems and AutoCAD proficiency. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Willingness to travel (20–30%). * Effective communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders. * Technical orientation, analytical thinking, and quick learning ability. * Proactivity, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity. * Ability to engage with customers and deliver technical presentations. **Ingersoll Rand Inc.
