Job Summary: We are seeking an operator with experience in highly demanding operational tasks to carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials, and to operate compaction machinery. Requirements to Apply: Primary education Experience: 6 months of experience in highly demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience is acceptable. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night); it is essential to have a motorcycle for easy access to the industrial zone, as the company does not provide transportation services. Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure proper branding protection of waste. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory surcharges + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.). The company does not provide transportation services; therefore, having personal transportation is essential.
