Job Summary: We are seeking an Educational Development Specialist to design strategies, monitor special cases, train teachers, and lead workshops on inclusive education. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design educational stimulation and support strategies 2. Train teachers and support family processes 3. Lead workshops on child development and inclusive education Position: Educational Development Specialist Location: Mosquera Salary: $4,539,500 + statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and Humanities, Education Sciences, or Psychology. Specialization in related fields is desirable. Experience: Minimum 2 years in educational and/or social projects focused on inclusive education and differential approaches.
