Job Summary: We are seeking an Internal Maintenance Assistant with experience in construction repairs, plumbing, tool usage, painting, and gardening to handle various maintenance tasks. Position: Internal Maintenance Assistant Salary: $1,705,095 + Bonus of $200,000 to $300,000 (non-statutory, depending on experience) + Statutory benefits Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM); candidate must reside on company premises. Overnight stay: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Workplace: Autopista Norte Events Center (with availability to reside on-site) We need someone capable of handling diverse maintenance tasks—from minor repairs to more complex projects. Your proficiency with hand and power tools will be essential to ensure all company areas operate optimally. Key Responsibilities: You must be able to perform repairs and maintenance on water and drainage systems. Additionally, your painting experience will help maintain a visually appealing and safe environment. Do not forget that gardening is also part of your responsibilities, as you will contribute to maintaining green spaces.
