Main Responsibilities: Operate the tower crane in accordance with technical and safety procedures. Conduct daily equipment inspections before operation. Coordinate lifting operations with site personnel. Report mechanical or safety issues. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a tower crane operator. Valid driver's license. Certification/license for tower crane operation (mandatory). Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
