Job Offer – Folio Coordinator A well-established company in the technical service and logistics operations sector is seeking a Folio Coordinator, responsible for coordinating, controlling, and ensuring the correct management of folios and work orders, guaranteeing traceability, efficient equipment flow, and compliance with operational timeframes at the Authorized Service Center (CSAT), using technological tools, information analysis, and coordination with internal departments and transportation. Position: Folio Coordinator Salary: COP 2,500,000 + statutory benefits · Schedule: 8 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Location: Location: Logika 2 Business Park, KM 5 Medellín Highway, Warehouse 7. Main Responsibilities Generate and register work orders in the system, ensuring control and traceability of services. Continuously update folio status on internal platforms to ensure visibility and tracking. Consolidate and manage folio databases in Excel, monitoring closures, service times, and productivity. Receive equipment for repair, validating information and ensuring accurate initial traceability. Coordinate and control the delivery of repaired equipment to transportation or end customers. Plan motorcycle courier routes to optimize collection and delivery times. Coordinate equipment receipt and dispatch with the transportation and logistics department. Manage and prioritize rejections and reprocessing tasks, minimizing idle time in operations. Report anomalies to the Customer Service Department (CSD) to prevent diagnostic and service errors. Release work orders to ensure uninterrupted CSAT operations. Analyze management indicators such as TAT (Total Turnaround Time), productivity, reprocessing rates, and route compliance. Ensure comprehensive control of equipment flow from receipt through final delivery. Performance Indicators TAT (Total Turnaround Time) compliance. Percentage of folios managed without error. Work order closure time. Reprocessing and rejection rate. Logistics route compliance. Daily productivity in folio management. Requirements Education: Technical or Technologist degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Experience: 2–3 years in operations, logistics, or technical service. Knowledge: Work order management Traceability and document control Operational logistics Tools: Advanced Excel Microsoft Office ERP / SAP / CSAT systems Conditions: Hybrid work (office and operational environment); ability to handle time-related pressure.
