Responsible for procurement of goods and services An automotive sector company located in Funza is seeking a Procurement Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience managing procurement-related operational processes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: COP 1,867,235 + non-salary food allowance of COP 300,000. Technical, technological, or university student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Main responsibilities include: Responsible for documentary management of customers, suppliers, creditors, and inspection, surveillance, and control entities. Supports the accounting process on matters related to accounts receivable, suppliers, creditors, inventories, fixed assets, and other functions associated with this role. Responsible for the procurement process (receiving, supplier management, payments, and delivery) of general and specialized goods and services related to administrative, managerial, and financial processes.
