A major multinational company is opening a new production plant on Via Cota – Siberia and urgently seeking candidates for the position of **Forklift Operator** **Specific Knowledge Requirements:** Ø Academic high school diploma. Ø **Valid, certified course in safe forklift operation (Mandatory)** Ø Basic knowledge of warehousing and logistics. Ø Basic proficiency in ERP systems / inventory control. Ø **Experience operating electric double-depth forklifts** (Not internal combustion) **Experience:** Ø Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles such as Forklift Operator and Warehouse Assistant handling forklifts Ø Within logistics operations or production environments Ø Operation of forklifts for loading, unloading, and moving goods Ø Adjustments and reprogramming in response to unforeseen events, order changes, or technical stoppages Ø Support in physical inventory counts and stock control Ø Compliance with warehouse safety regulations Ø Operation of electric double-depth forklifts **What We Offer:** **Contract:** Direct employment with the company under an indefinite-term contract **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM); Saturday (6:00 AM–11:30 AM or 11:30 AM–5:00 PM) **Salary:** **Base Salary:** COP $1,700,000–$1,800,000 **Forklift Bonus:** COP $173,700 **Legal Transportation Allowance:** COP $200,000 **Extra-Legal Mobility Allowance:** COP $110,600 **Extra-Legal Food Allowance:** COP $121,900 **Work Location:** Celta Trade Park Industrial Park Warehouse.
