Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and committed Logistics Operations Coordinator to plan and oversee the receipt and shipment of goods, manage inventory and personnel, and report results to senior management. Focus on inventory planning, tracking, and control We are looking for a professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or Logistics specialization — dynamic and committed — to join our team as Logistics Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for: Planning and monitoring the receipt and shipment of goods and products according to customer requirements. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports required for inventory, personnel, and operational performance control. Preparing, submitting, and sharing monthly reports with senior management on achieved results related to performance, productivity, and site compliance. Maintaining orderly, timely, and reliable physical and digital documentation for your site across organizational functional areas (operations, human resources, occupational health and safety, environmental, etc.). Specific knowledge in: Logistics and inventory management Food industry Intermediate Excel proficiency Operation application or software handling Your persuasion and communication skills will be essential to motivate and guide your team toward success, and your experience in personnel management and conflict resolution will be critical to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Fixed-term contract Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week — availability to work on Sundays and holidays as operationally required Transportation allowance and all statutory social benefits If you have at least 2 years of prior experience in coordinating logistics, production, or supply chain processes and in personnel management.
