Consultative role involving pre-sales and project operations INFORMATION SENIOR CONSULTANT 2 days ago Description We are seeking a Cloud Data Technical Leader with experience in designing and implementing data solutions in Azure and AWS environments, capable of providing technical leadership to teams and supporting BI, analytics, and data engineering initiatives. This leader will be responsible for guiding the technical development of data architectures and pipelines in cloud and hybrid environments, promoting best practices in development, scalability, security, operational efficiency, and alignment with business needs. This role requires a balanced combination of deep technical expertise, leadership, client relationship management, and consulting skills, enabling participation in both pre-sales activities and project delivery. On the pre-sales front, the candidate is expected to support needs assessment, solution approach definition, effort estimation, and technical proposal structuring. On the delivery front, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership during initiative execution, guiding the team, ensuring deliverable quality, and supporting the evolution of implemented solutions. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in data, BI, analytics, or data engineering projects, with involvement in cloud and/or hybrid environments. * Experience technically leading teams, development squads, or data initiatives. * Solid knowledge of cloud data platforms, especially Azure and AWS. * Experience with Azure services such as Data Factory, Databricks, Unity Catalog, Fabric, and integration practices with Azure DevOps and CI/CD. * Knowledge of AWS services such as Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, and Step Functions. * Experience designing and implementing scalable ETL/ELT processes for data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures. * Knowledge of dimensional data modeling and analytical structures. * Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL/T-SQL. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight. * Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Aurora. * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security. * Consulting skills to participate in pre-sales activities and project delivery. * Ability to engage with clients, elicit requirements, and structure technical solutions. * Strong communication, technical leadership, and collaborative teamwork skills.
