Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of physical security systems, surveillance administration, and management of related administrative projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages CCTV, alarm, and human surveillance systems. 2. Develops administrative materials for assigned projects. 3. Coordinates with internal clients to address physical security needs. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure operational and technical continuity of CCTV, alarm systems, and human surveillance administration. Develop administrative materials (contracts, purchase orders, settlements, supplier updates) required for execution of assigned projects. SOLPED \- HES Control and manage authorized personnel access to the administrative headquarters. Ensure availability of CCTV equipment, including servers and cameras. Safeguard complete national-level physical security inventory information (IP addresses – Users – Passwords). Ensure proper functioning of alarm systems and panic buttons in bank offices. Manage proper handling, administration, and maintenance of safe and vault keys across offices. Video downloads: Deliver requested film-based evidence to authorized departments. Collaborate cross-functionally to address internal client needs (Fraud – PQRS – Risk – SST). Ensure resolution of physical security-related requirements (JIRA). **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Electronic, Electrical, Systems, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering degree. * Ability to analyze information, comparative tables, and databases. * Effective communication skills with internal clients and suppliers. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Organized individual capable of managing information and tracking project tasks. * Results-oriented with strong task execution focus. * Quick learner for security software. * Knowledge of physical security is a plus. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
