**Contract Type:** As required by institutional needs
Position Objective
To provide comprehensive, timely, and humanized medical care to the institution's patients, performing general clinical assessments, diagnosis, initial treatment, follow-up, and referral when necessary, ensuring compliance with institutional protocols, current regulations, and healthcare quality standards, with an emphasis on prevention and support for cardiology services.
Main Responsibilities
* Conduct general medical consultations according to the institutional schedule.
* Prepare complete, clear, and timely medical records.
* Diagnose and formulate medical treatments based on clinical judgment.
* Request and interpret relevant diagnostic tests.
* Identify cardiovascular risk factors and counsel patients accordingly.
* Refer patients promptly to cardiology or other specialties as indicated.
* Conduct follow-up visits for patients under medical supervision.
* Adhere to patient safety, biosafety, and quality protocols.
* Participate in health promotion and disease prevention campaigns.
* Maintain confidentiality of clinical information.
* Comply with directives issued by the Medical Coordinator.
* Support institutional processes, audits, and medical committees.Required ProfileAcademic Qualifications
* Degree in Medicine.
Experience
* Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (preferred).
* Experience in outpatient services is preferred.
* Experience in cardiovascular or specialized institutions is preferred.
