Responsibilities * **Tax Management:** Collection and analysis of tax data, and preparation of the company's tax returns. * **Legal Compliance:** Assist in preparing government reports and continuously monitor legislative changes. * **Audit and Control:** Help prepare documentation required for audit processes and assess tax-related risks. * **Optimization and Support:** Support tax optimization efforts, keep documentation and files current, provide internal training/communication, and perform additional administrative tasks within the department. Requirements * **Academic Background:** Professional or advanced student in Accounting. * **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in similar roles or in the accounting field. * **Key Knowledge:** \* Colombian tax legislation, tax filing and payment procedures. * Accounting and financial standards. * Knowledge of auditing, tax review, and tax technology/software.
