Their role combines risk analysis, continuity strategy design, recovery plan execution, and coordination with various departments to guarantee operational resilience. Their primary objective is to protect the continuity of essential processes and ensure that the company can respond, recover, and restore its services at defined levels. REQUIREMENTS Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in continuity management, operational resilience, risk management, or cybersecurity. Knowledge of: * ISO 22301 * Risk Management (ISO 31000\) * DRP / BCP * Technological recovery and high availability Ability to work under pressure and in crisis scenarios. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
