Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor security tools to protect end-user devices, servers, and corporate networks. * Proactively analyze potential failures, weaknesses, or security vulnerabilities. * Support incident management and escalation in coordination with the Information Security Manager. * Install, configure, and support security solutions such as antivirus, firewalls, and encryption tools. * Support vulnerability assessment and prioritization processes. * Support the execution of cybersecurity projects. * Prepare security reports including metrics, events, and potential incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in cybersecurity or equivalent technical support. **Required Technical Skills:** * Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems. * Basic knowledge of networking and antivirus solutions. * Experience monitoring and operating security tools such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Enterprise Mobility \& Security. * Ability to install, configure, and support security solutions such as antivirus, firewalls, and encryption tools. * Basic English language proficiency is desirable. * Knowledge of Microsoft security solutions is considered a plus. **Required Soft Skills:** * Analytical ability and critical thinking for incident detection and prevention. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality in task execution. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Proactivity and willingness for continuous learning. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
