Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * The Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for ensuring the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of all the organization’s technological resources, as well as the effective, timely, and continuous delivery of technical and user support services to all company departments. This role has corporate impact, as its decisions may affect financial results and the company’s reputation. Additionally, the role must minimize cybersecurity risks and maintain a focus on quality, teamwork, and customer service. Main Responsibilities * Ensure proper operation of routing, switching, and perimeter devices (firewalls). * Manage storage, backups, and information recovery for business continuity. * Coordinate physical network cabling—including fiber optics—and prevent failures in the server room. * Monitor and control system and infrastructure performance, identifying anomalies and establishing action plans. * Define, monitor, and ensure maintenance of networks and servers. * Lead IT and telecommunications projects aligned with business needs. * Establish and supervise internal IT policies, procedures, and controls. * Evaluate IT equipment, systems, and services to ensure compliance with technical specifications. * Administer the organization’s IT assets (servers, office and mobile devices, peripherals, communication and backup systems). * Plan and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. * Administer the organization’s Internet services. * Develop, coordinate, and keep contingency plans updated to ensure service continuity. * Coordinate the selection, installation, use, and maintenance of computers and software, as well as third-party IT services. * Represent the company in negotiations with technology vendors. * Monitor and meet established KPIs for this position and submit compliance reports. * Manage and lead the work team, identifying strategies for its development. * Comply with and enforce quality, safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. * Ensure confidentiality of process-related information. * Implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and self-manage risks in daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in IT Management, Systems Management, or Information Technology. * Required certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation, COBIT 2019 Foundation, SCRUM Foundation. * Desired certifications: PMP, COBIT 2019 Implementation, SCRUM Master, SCRUM Product Owner, SCRUM User Stories. * Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, networking, and cabling development and management. * Experience in corporate-impact roles and management of technological assets. Required Technical Skills * Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, communication protocols, servers, structured cabling, virtualization, and cloud computing. * Experience in cybersecurity, storage, backups, and disaster recovery. * Proficiency with tools: Office Suite, Project, AutoCAD, Webex, Jabber, ERP, BI 360, Visio, Microsiga, Helisa, CRM. * Network administration, routing, switching, firewalls, and perimeter devices. * IT asset and Internet services management (email servers, file transfer, etc.). * B2 level of English required (B2 Portuguese desirable\).
