Intern Profile We seek a candidate with interest in learning and strengthening competencies related to: * Payroll processing and contract settlements * Social security (affiliations, updates, and contribution management) * HR administrative processes * Recovery of disability benefits and management of backlogs with social security entities * Support in generating pay slips and information control Basic knowledge of Colombian labor regulations and basic Excel proficiency are desirable. Key Skills * Attention to detail * Organization and time management * Willingness for continuous learning * Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) Internship Objective To support the administrative payroll process while reinforcing the intern’s learning in areas such as payroll calculation, contract settlement, social security affiliations, recovery of disability benefits, management of presumed debt, and handling of updates—ensuring a comprehensive training experience in this field. This internship focuses on developing technical and administrative competencies within the Human Resources department, with continuous mentoring and an emphasis on applied learning.
