DESCRIPTION Lead the delivery of cybersecurity services for assigned clients, acting as the primary strategic point of contact. The goal is to ensure operational excellence, strict adherence to **Service Level Agreements (SLA)**, and maximization of contract value through continuous improvement, automation, and development of technical talent under supervision. REQUIREMENTS University degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams, including at least 3 years managing security projects. * Specialization in management topics or a technology discipline. * Vendor-specific security certifications (Palo Alto, Tenable, Microsoft) are desirable. * Negotiation and conflict management with corporate clients. * Assertive communication to translate technical jargon into business risks. * Disruptive thinking for process optimization (Lean/Agile)
