Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Civil Engineering. With 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Human Talent, data analysis, or process improvement areas. · Working Conditions Contract: Indefinite term Salary: $3.500.000 Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. / Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. North of Bogotá – On-site · Main Responsibilities Data Analytics and Management Define, structure, and monitor key Human Talent indicators (turnover, absenteeism, performance, workplace climate). Analyze information to generate reports and support strategic decision-making. Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, automations) and AI tools. Human Talent Process Management and Structuring Support the design, documentation, and implementation of Human Talent processes. Monitor the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, and offboarding). Project Management Support planning and monitoring of departmental projects.
