A prominent company in the ceramic industry is seeking a results-driven Commercial Advisor with strong sales-closing skills and the ability to deliver effective in-store purchasing experiences. Education: Technical, Technological, or University degree in administrative, commercial, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in retail or point-of-sale) Experience in meeting targets and managing commercial KPIs Responsibilities: Advise customers and finalize effective sales Achieve and exceed assigned sales budget Identify commercial opportunities and generate cross-sales Handle cash register and payment methods Support inventory management and point-of-sale organization Deliver outstanding service experience Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Sunday and holiday availability: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (adjustable, complying with current legal working hours) Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: COP $1,750,905 base salary + COP $249,095 transportation allowance + commissions based on target achievement.
