At Hotel Punta Diamante Premium, we seek a Human Resource Management Analyst with comprehensive experience across all HR processes, capable of executing and managing cross-functionally the various Human Resource Management responsibilities within our operations. We seek a dynamic, organized, proactive individual with high adaptability, solid knowledge in recruitment, hiring, employee welfare, payroll, and labor legislation—able to operate comprehensively across all HR processes and collaborate effectively with the Human Resource Management team. JOB PURPOSE To comprehensively execute the hotel's various Human Resource Management processes, ensuring appropriate human talent administration, compliance with labor regulations, accurate execution of recruitment, hiring, payroll, social security, employee welfare, and organizational development processes—contributing to employee well-being and strengthening organizational culture. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment and Hiring * Execute recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for operational and administrative staff. * Post job vacancies and conduct candidate searches through various employment platforms. * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer selection tests. * Coordinate onboarding, hiring, and staff integration processes. * Draft employment contracts and track contract extensions, expirations, and contractual documentation. Payroll, Social Security, and Compensation * Execute payroll-related processes, including surcharges, overtime, vacations, medical leaves, and final settlements. * Manage affiliations, personnel updates, and social security-related procedures. * Submit, track, and monitor medical leave certifications with EPS (Health Promotion Entities) and corresponding authorities. * Monitor electronic payroll and staff compensation processes. * Validate personnel updates and ensure accurate data processing for payroll disbursement. Employee Welfare and Organizational Development * Implement employee welfare activities, organizational climate initiatives, and corporate culture programs. * Coordinate integration activities, celebrations, and employee welfare strategies. * Monitor psychosocial processes and activities related to occupational quality of life. * Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee support initiatives. * Participate in strategies aimed at strengthening the workplace environment and enhancing the employee experience. Administrative and Labor Management * Execute disciplinary processes and monitor compliance with the internal work regulations. * Ensure adherence to labor legislation and company internal policies. * Administer and maintain up-to-date employee resumes and departmental documentation. * Prepare HR management reports, indicators, and dashboards. * Monitor processes related to SENA (National Learning Service) contributions and apprenticeship programs. * Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on HR-related matters. * Comprehensively manage all departmental processes according to operational needs. REQUIRED PROFILE * University degree or technical diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of comprehensive experience managing Human Resource Management processes. * Knowledge of recruitment, hiring, occupational welfare, payroll, medical leaves, social security, and Colombian labor legislation. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms and office productivity tools. * Familiarity with electronic payroll systems and staff compensation processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Working Conditions Salary: COP $2,300,000 + transportation allowance. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Work Schedule: Full-time.
