We are looking for a **Distribution Support Specialist** to join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless distribution processes and exceptional customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Maintain and administer customer inventory records within company systems. * Process customer orders and generate Load Release documentation to support distribution operations. * Keep operational systems updated with accurate and relevant information related to daily activities. * Prepare and process billing for operational and logistics\-related charges. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer service. **Requirements** * Technical Degree, Technologist Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. * **Experience supporting distribution, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.** * **Solid Englis level** * Experience managing customer orders, inventory control, and operational documentation. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management platforms, or logistics software is a plus. * Customer\-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. **What We Offer** * Stable full\-time opportunity. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Exposure to end\-to\-end distribution and logistics operations.
