We are looking for a Service Engineer focused on establishing effective client connections and expanding the solutions portfolio, with at least three (3) years of experience implementing telecommunications and IT services. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Systems Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications, or related fields. Job Mission: Ensure customer satisfaction by designing, supporting, and managing the deployment of contracted telecommunications and IT services, guaranteeing correct service delivery in accordance with the company’s policies, standards, and established processes. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the resources required for the proper implementation and operation of contracted services. * Execute the work plan defined by project leaders, promptly reporting risks and deviations. * Maintain continuous communication with the end client and project leaders regarding service status and progress. * Coordinate fieldwork activities for installations, de-installations, and technical services in compliance with current regulations. * Analyze service performance, identify failures, and define corrective actions to ensure service continuity and quality. Knowledge Requirements: * CCNA certification or an internetworking diploma. * Additional training in networking and network security. Professional Competencies: Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Salary: To be agreed upon + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; hybrid modality 3*2.
